How long will delivery take?
Delivery can be dependent on what services you require from us. As a guideline, we state that items are delivered within 28 days although this may differ during peak times.
Do you offer installation services?
Of course! Our professional installation team can assemble and install your equipment on-site, ensuring it’s set up correctly and ready to use. Installation costs vary depending on the location and scenario; please contact us for a tailored quote.
Will someone contact me before delivery?
Yes, our team will contact you in advance to confirm the delivery date and provide a time window. For installations, we’ll also confirm any access requirements and ensure everything is ready on the day. Once a date and time has been set, our installers will then call you an hour before delivery to update you on their location and ETA.
