The Signature Series Row has 1:2 resistance weight stacks and each arm has a dedicated weight stack for greater variety. It also has independent pulleys that allow user-defined paths of motion and exercise variety. Cable Motion™ Technology employs user-defined paths of motion that allow for a nearly endless variety of strength training options that builds balance, stability, and power.
