Full description

The Hammer Strength Select Hip Abductor is a fundamental part of the strength training progression. The ratchet mechanism allows exercisers to adjust in 10-degree increments, and the kneepads and dual foot positions provide leg support around the knees. The 22 pieces in the Hammer Strength Select line provide an inviting introduction to Hammer Strength equipment.
