Delivery and installation of your gym equipment

Delivery and installation is FREE to all mainland addresses in England and Wales for the majority of products on our website.

Our logistics team has many years or experience in the industry and offer a professional, high standard service. On arrival at your premises, they will unload the equipment, move it to the required location, build, bolt down (if necessary), commission and demonstrate its use, and remove all packaging waste. We guarantee minimal disruption to your members.

There are a very small number of products on our site which attract a delivery price. This will be added at the checkout.

For delivery addresses outside mainland England and Wales, or for priority delivery options, please contact a member of our sales team on 01953 498 098 who will be happy to provide a quote.

• Smaller items may be delivered by courier. All goods will need to be signed for on delivery
• For larger items, a member of the Amazon Leisure logistics team will contact you to arrange a delivery date
• Goods are delivered within 1-5 working days as standard although this may be extended during peak times. For a faster service, please call the sales team on 01953 498 098 who will be happy to provide a quote
• Please make us aware in advance of any potential restrictions, including steps or stairs, which may make delivery and installation difficult
• Please ensure doorways are wide enough to fit the dimensions of the product you have ordered
• Whilst we ensure products leave us in excellent condition, please check them for any damage before signing for them. If the courier is unable to wait whilst you check your equipment, please ensure it is signed for as unchecked or damaged to enable us to help with any issues identified later
• If a courier or our logistics team arrives at your delivery address and you are not available, there will be an additional delivery charge for redelivery.
